To invoke the command I use a menu button I added to the Main Toolbar
<okular_part>.

I can't consistency reproduce it, but I had I pdf open just now and reproduced
it. I was on page 7, clicked the Last Page button, and I was taken to page 8,
then page 19, then 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, and finally 11 (according to the
Back in the Document command). All of this happened very quickly, within a
couple of seconds at most.

It seems to happen randomly, but it happens quite often. I'll try to see if any
patterns emerge.
