Oh, right, of course, stupid me... (Guess I was a little too tired.)

(Btw, another "solution" to this bug report might be to make the Presentation
mode more generic (optionally allow zooming, panning and continuous page
scrolling). Then the "normal" fullscreen mode would be redundant...)
