Hey fellow users, apparently in Okular 0.10.4 (shipped with KDE SC 4.4.4) there
is no bottom bar in full-screen mode anymore, and instead an unobtrusive hidden
top bar that only shows when the mouse is moved to the top screen edge.

A big thanks to the Okular developers!

Personally, I'd still vote for additionally including a menu item to show/hide
the bottom bar even in non-fullscreen mode, just for consistency (because the
menu, toolbar and navigation panel can also be hidden there), but in the
meantime, I'd say users with small screens should just view their PDF's in
fullscreen mode.
