i think the cc/vote list speaks for itself.  of all bugs ever filed for Okular,
this is easily the 3rd highest voted.  i.e. people want the ability to make
this thing go away.

whether it becomes a more mobile widget of sorts or we can simply turn it off
is up for debate.
