Is there the possibility to put the few widgets from the bottom bar to the main
toolbar in the default settings?

There are already (default?) entries for next and previous page in the main
toolbar. So there are already duplicate button that also (may) confuse persons.
Then the only missing information would be the current page and the total
number of pages maybe as simple textedit fields? Other PDF viewers like Adobe
Reader, Evince, epdfview do this.
I only know bottom bars from vector image programs like Inkscape but Okular is
mainly a viewer. What do you think?

I (and maybe other supporters of this bug) may not have the historical
background for the existence of this bottom bar. Looking at
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/58/Okularkde4.png it seems that
the button in the bottom bar have been much bigger. So the buttons already get
smaller...
