I'm using the following workaround from 2009-05-05 #c5, it work for me, could
some developer spread the light and write here _where_ it is un-appropriate?

Hopefully having it explained and documented may put more eyes on this and
possibly more brains ;)

Are we waiting for a "proper" solution? What does it need to achieve, which are
te possible regression, please told we, so at least we can flame with some
clue.
