This bug is a dumping ground where everyone says "it does not work for me" but
everyone is doing different things with different setups, #28 is even
complaining about printing not working in his printer, wonder what does it have
to do with printing to pdf. So don't expect anyone to work on "this bug" since
it's so broad it is not really "a bug" anymore
