It is not a bug. FoxIt, xpdf, and Acroread do not provide the features we do so
they don't need files around (you really need to learn what lurk means because
doesn't mean that).

Anyway, if you think it's a bug, you can provide a patch that does what you say
and then will discuss if we accept it or not.
