[Okular-devel] [PATCH] Factor out static methods for determining the event type and button

This patch is mostly a refactoring of the same lines of code used throughout
multiple files to determine the event type and button type which maps back
to the ones AnnotatorEngine provides.
This should help when trying to implement some other states for
AnnotatorEngine::Button.

The files affected are the following:

-- okular/ui/annotationtools.h
-- okular/ui/annotationtools.cpp
-- okular/ui/pageviewannotator.cpp
-- okular/ui/presentationwidget.cpp
