I use my Laptop as an ebook-reader. To do this I have to rotate the screen in
kde systemsettings and go to fullscreen in Okular. This is very practicable if
you have to read a lot PDF for universtiy.
The only problem is that the annotations are barely readable on an 11.6 inch
(1366x768) Notebook.

In the attachment is a screenshot. 

For that reason an option for configuring the shown annotations would be great.
Something like font size, line distance or maybe background color would be
useful
