Probably what Paul means is if anybody has KDE that is compiled with Qt 4.6.3.
For you, that seems to be the case, which is good for you. It's also good to
hear that the problem is now fixed. 
I, on the other hand, am using kubuntu lucid beta2, and there it's still 4.6.2,
and the bug still present :(
