Hi, I'm not sure if it is Firefox or Okular related. But since I assume Okular
should have any kind of temporary PDF cache I assume Okular. Here my problem,
it's reproducible:

1. in Firefox I open some link to a PDF
2. I open this PDF with Okular
3. Okular shows this PDF
4. I close Firefox
5. Okular closes this PDF

The expected behavior resp. the behavior I expect is that Okular preserves the
PDF until I close Okular -- even if I close Firefox.
