When printing a document in Okular, I have to click on "properties" in the
print dialog, and then set all of the Margins settings to zero.  If I don't do
this, the printer asks me for A4 paper, rather than the letter size that should
be printed.

It would be nice if I could set Okular to always use zero for all the margins
in the printer settings dialog.
