ig got three "real" printers defined in system settings.
the print dialog lists those three in alphabetical order and below two pseudo
printers ("print to file (pdf)" and "print to file (postscript)").

the selected printer is the last real printer -- which is _not_ the default
printer.
instead the dialog should by default preselect the system's default printer.
