+1 for this.

You have provided really great comparability through the properties options of
the review tools like changing the colour and opacity. But  I want to make
permanent buttons for it so that next time I want to do the same its just there
on the toolbar.

Next, please allow the shortcuts/gestures for review tools. Also allow the
revie toolbar to be placed anywhere in the window so that it can be accessed at
the nearest mouse position.
