Ok, then please attach (if not confidential/private) the two files:
- "Cuthbert_2000_ERP and IAPS.pdf"
- "~/.kde/share/apps/okular/docdata/148783.Cuthbert_2000_ERP and IAPS.pdf.xml"
(or ~/.kde4, depending on your distro).

Also, can you paste the output of `locale`?
