[Okular-devel] Presentation Mode

Hi Pino and the other developers! ;)

Some time ago I've sent a path for the presentation mode. Pinotree explained 
me, what was problematic in my patch, and I've created a second patch. Now I 
have got a SVN-account and want to ask you if it is okay if I commit the 
changes. With the account I can also work on it when there goes something 
wrong without annoying you all the time.
