What I was doing when the application crashed:
Okular crashes when I try to open C++.FAQ.Lite.chm, which can be easily found
on the internet.

Steps to reproduce:
Download the .zip file (http://www.box.net/shared/h4j5amuyaz), unzip it and
click on it in Dolphin. Okular crashes showing main window and some
informational popup in the top left corner of the page.

Reproducible:
Always.
