The best option for me would be, if I can somewhere set to open
a) landscape documents fitted to page and non-continuous
b) potrait documents fitted to width and continuous

Since KDE spirit is to provide users options to customize (and I believe that
is one of main reasons why we use it), it should be somehow configurable.
