Sorry to ask again, but are you sure?
The Okular::PageController::imageRotationDone part of your stack trace makes me
think you are.
Are you sure you didn't rotate it once and forgot about it? What happens if you
do View->Orientation->Original Orientation? Does it change the orientation?
