My file is about 30Mb, with many photos (each photo 2Mb).
I cannot attach it but I will put in attachment the layout without photos.
With this file okular is more fast but there are pages where it needs time to
load.
Independently of the file, I think that there is something wrong, because
okular don't preload the file in memory in agressive mode, my pc have 1Gb RAM,
when okular is closed it uses 200Mb, when okular is opened, with this file, it
goes to 210Mb.
