I was unclear:
with Settings -> Configure Okular -> Center first page
then i can only see pages (odd,even) side by side and need to change the
settings again if in the same document i want to see (even,odd) side by side.
This is not very convenient.

Maybe just adding a button doing "Center first page" would be enought, or name
this button "shift one page" would be a better description.
