Most of my annotated documents are scientific and involve a lot of equations.
It is already possible in other programs like for example kopete - instant
messenger:

So this is the wish for annotations using latex code.

Example:

Annotate like in kopete à la:
"Hello world $$ \alpha = \beta $$ that would be cool"
