Okular can make reviews on PDF documents, but these reviews cannot be exported
(except to .okular-files), so they cannot be distributed to people who do not
have okular. They also cannot be printed.

It would be very nice if these reviews could be printed or exported to a new
PDF file. This would be useful e.g. when making notes on slides in class and
afterwards printing them out to study them.
