Great idea. I recently started using SmoothScroll extension for Chromium
(http://chromium.exxe.ath.cx/smoothscroll/), which is able to apply smooth
scrolling to the mouse wheel and the keyboard, and I really miss this feature
in Okular or other KDE programs, specially when using a trackball.
