Image of 4 different margin settings.

All these are printed on an HP Business Inkjet 2100 that has worked perfectly
with Kpdf.  The top print was with the Top/Bottom margins set as 2cm each. 
Ruler is there to show the width.  As you can see, the top margin is set to 2cm
but the image is still printed at 1.45cm.
