My 0.02 cents, Pino is the maintainer so you want his answers.

Quite stable codebase, users seem mostly happy

What i'd want to have is better forms and annotations support. However i'm not 
going to do it, so it's a "technical" goal for me :-D

Other important thing is getting printing to work better, but given the bad 
record we have with all the parties involved here i don't see this happening.
