I'll be more specific with my versions.
Intrepid:
okular         4:4.2.0-0ubuntu1~intrepid1  (version 0.8)
libqt4-core    4.4.3-0ubuntu1.2

Jaunty:
okular          4:4.2.1-0ubuntu1  (version 0.8.1)
libqt4-core     4.5.0-0ubuntu1 

Now this bug is pretty much the same bug as bug 180280 which was resolved as a
duplicate of bug 177360.  Bug 180280 also claims the fix is upstream and will
be available in 4.2 and QT 4.5.

It's either not fixed or the fix hasn't made it to the current versions in
Jaunty.
