Hi,

Okular does not load and render PDF documents by itself, bu uses an external
library called Poppler.
If you think rendering time is slow, please report the problem to the Poppler's
bug tracking system: https://bugs.freedesktop.org, "poppler" product.
Okular cannot do anything on its side to influence Poppler's rendering speed.
