I encountered a really "strange" pdf. (it's the same of bug 198035)
One of the problems I see is that the authors of the pdf say there are 2
"levels" on each page of the pdf.
Using adobe reader I can see a "levels" tab in the left column, where I can
choose what to show.

Does okular support this "multi level" pdf?
