Windows style and widget style are two completely unrelated things, ven if
looking related.

Okular just uses a standard Qt widget, drawn by the current Qt style (which is
Oxygen in your case).

I see no problem at all; as I told you, an application cannot know anything
about its window decoration (which is just an implementation detail of the
window manager, which could even have no window decorations).

I cannot (and not sure I would) do anything about that.
