Ahh never mind. After a bit of searching I found out you have to hold the
button down for a while and the menu comes up eventually. I think it would be
nice if either the rectangle or text selection tool was already selected, then
the menu would come up immediately, but I guess that's a qt issue rather than
okular. This can be changed to invalid.
