i've got 4 pages to print on one sheet -- and i want the order
1 | 2
-----
3 | 4


selecting order "left to right, top to bottom" sound about right, but prints
3 | 4
-----
1 | 2

chosing "left to right, bottom to top" prints the very same order, no
difference at all.
