It may be related but the printing isn't being moved.  The edges are being
clipped no matter what I do with the margins.  I printed the same document with
kpdf on a Fedora 7 computer today and had to adjust the margins a bit to get it
to print properly.  Adjusting the margins in Okular doesn't fix the problem.

Maybe the skymaps.com pdf just shows the problem more.
