IMHO this depends on the type of busy cursor used. It is certainly true for a
standard hourglass or clock type busy cursor, but it is not true for the type I
have seen in some parts of KDE4, where the standard arrow cursor is just
augmented by a rotating object. What I don't know is if these cursors are
actually a different type or just a result of theming.
