I did some more experimenting. The following seems to be completely
reproducible:

1. If I simply say "Print" at the Print dialogue, then it prints fine.

2. If I go to the "Properties" for the printer, even if I then just hit "Close"
(i.e., do not change any properties from the default), then as soon as I hit
"Print" the crash occurs.
