Sorry, but fullscreen mode and presentation mode will not be merged anytime.

Fullscreen mode is just the normal mode, but maximised without window
decorations. You can do anything possible in non-fullscreen mode.

In a different way, the presentation mode, as the name says, it is useful just
for *presenting* a document. 
If your real problem is the need of zoom and two-pages view in presentation
mode, then just ask so, without asking this kind of requests that is like a
workaround for that.
