I use the "Trim Borders" feature (View -> Trim Borders). It works great in
standard view and in full screen view (Settings -> Full Screen Mode). But it
does not work in presentation mode (View -> Presentation). This has the
unfortunate effect that the text in presentation mode is smaller than in the
regular view (using full page zoom, View -> Fit Page).
