This argument I absolutely don't understand and regret.

If I understood well - I can see the document title there (in the
properties-dialog) as well.
So why okular shows the document-title at the upper window-fame???

Anyway I would like to see there the filename!

Hope to find the request you mentioned at kdebugs...
