I say that because both Ctrl+Q and ALT+F4 quit from fullscreen mode, so you are
probably refering to presentation window.

In presentation window Alt+F4 closes the presentation window as you told it to
do.

And your wish is that Ctrl+Q close the application when on the presentation
window.

Now tell me where my reasoning is wrong and why you got offended.
