I am not an expert in KDE bug reporting. 
Why is this bug "unconfirmed"? What does it take to confirm? 
I am suffering from this problem every day, all the way from KDE 4.2 to KDE 4.3
beta1/beta2/rc1/rc2/rc3/final. 
What can I do to work towards a solution?
