Version:           0.8.2 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Gentoo)

When I try to print out the following file:
http://www.if.pwr.wroc.pl/lpf/instrukcje/cwn030.pdf using okular, the first
page looks like this: http://imagebin.ca/view/IHLMU8e.html 

The image shows like it should on screen, I just can't print it. Also, other
images in this document print out fine.

Maybe it's printer driver problem, but I've been using it for many years and it
never caused problems. My printer is HP Photosmart C5100 using up-to-date hplip
driver. (3.9.2)
