I forgot to mention that I changed from default color to grayscale and set the
duplex on.

I also printing the same file two twice more times. This is a four page PDF.
The first time I got two sheets, a part of the first page and the last page.
The second time I did get all four pages, but on four sheets, i.e., the duplex
option was ignored.
