[Okular-devel] [PATCH] generator for G3/G4 fax documents

Hej,

attached is the code of a generator for G3/G4 fax documents.
Nowadays most fax documents are sent encapsulated in TIFF files,
however there are still software components which produce only
raw G3/G4 fax files.
The code that does all the real logic of the fax decoding (faxinit.cpp
and faxexpand.cpp) is borrowed from kfax/kfaxviewer from KDE3 and ported to Qt4.
FaxDocument is a wrapper class, that hides all the nasty low-level stuff
and provides a nice Qt API.
