ps2pdf assumes paper size ALWAYS as us-letter so letting it to make a choice
isn't really a choice... ps2pdf has an option just like gs, so adding
-sPAPERSIZE=mypapersize would be very usefull. I found that ie. inkscape makes
this same trick
