The point is "are Okular developers willing to integrate Okular in other
browsers or not?"
If you don't want to develope a solution, or the team has other priorities,
just tell us. It's very easy, because since I opened this request you haven't
showed any willingness to tackle this request, while you should, because the
most of KDE users don't use Konqueror as the main web browser.
