The full-screen mode which --help calls --presentation is just that, a
presentation mode.
You do not have access to any menus or anything else. Just the PDF.

I do not want to present anything, though. I just need to check on the PDF I
created, proof-read a section and quit again. As Okular does not remember its
own size, it will start with a very small window and an even smaller PDF in
said window. This is especially bad on a display with 1024*768.

I want to spare myself the trouble of having to manually resize the window each
time and just have my buildpdf() shell function do it.
