[Okular-devel] Don't scroll full screen.

While reading pdf docs with okular, when you press PageDown or Space,
the document is scrolled a full screen down. If there was a line of text
partially shown at the bottom of the screen, now it will be shown at the
top, but partially too, so you must scroll a few pixels up for reading
it.

Congratulations for okular, it looks very promising.
