Okular crashes when filling in the fields on this PDF.

- Go to http://www.kpn.com/web/show/id=553044
- Click on "Opzegbrief UPC" to download the PDF.
- Open the PDF in Okular.
- Click on the button in the top right to make the form fields editable
- Type text into the first field.
=> Okular crash after approximately 5-6 characters.
