Summary: Okular missing a tool to measure objects in a document
           Product: okular
           Version: 0.6
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: okular-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: bugs.kde.org vpanel cjb net

Version: 0.6 (using KDE 4.00.00 (KDE 4.0.0), compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22.12-laptop-1mdv

Would be great to have an additional tool used to measure objects dimensions (something like kruler, but taking the zoom into account). I receive several house plans in my daily job and I'd love this functionality.

Maybe could tools become plugins and using knewstuff ?
